## ADR

- **Decision:** Extend canonical source facts additively while keeping AdaptiveEventStore as the sole nutrition-strategy lifecycle authority.
- **Drivers:** customer isolation, append-only recovery, explicit operator authority, minimum schedule scope, and fail-closed evidence.
- **Alternatives considered:** duplicate strategy state in canonical events; a separate service/ledger; implicit/default risk policy.
- **Why chosen:** one-way projection and explicit private policy custody avoid split-brain state and unauthorized fallback.
- **Consequences:** importer/projection compatibility is the blocking first gate; reminder delivery and risk-policy evidence fail closed; no synthetic history before compatibility repair.
- **Follow-ups:** execution remains separately approval-gated; live activation, customer delivery, provider calls, and raw storage edits remain prohibited until their human gates pass.
