## Operator flow

1. Create the owner-only customer draft through the existing approved intake process.
2. Generate the invite:

3. Send the generated link/token only to the intended customer in a private message.
4. The customer opens the NutriCoach bot private chat, claims the invite, reviews consent,
   completes the 22 questions, checks and revises the summary, and submits it.
5. The operator reviews the generated card, completes membership evidence, and activates.
6. The customer can start the first daily check-in immediately after activation.
