# Task26 continuous lifecycle observer v6.2

## Scope and binding

V6.2 is an append-only successor to sealed v6.1 (`12cff1a96c5df6d843d29b49874ef07ec0c0e27bef4eabd9a218f043339ec76f`). V6.1 remains immutable.

The real installed `TelegramAdapter._is_nutrition_customer_start_command` regression proves the two accepted production aliases and rejects the ASCII diagnostic token. Downstream customer wizard, owner review, explicit send, exactly one audited delivery, disable, and cleanup behavior remains covered.

## Current authority

Gateway PID `535046` is active/running and Telegram is connected. The customer is enabled, bootstrap is generation 6 `ACTIVE`, adaptive activation and delivery are false, and delivery count is zero. Historical update `629525116` remains a durable `blocked_receipt`; it has no normal or terminal success receipt and was not replayed.
