Exact offline uv then exited 2: `error: Read-only file system (os error 30) at path \"/tmp/.tmpE0zy0y\"`. An unused second overlay reproduced the same exact venv+uv command with stderr exposed and consumed no authority. Root cause: frozen sandbox ro-binds `/` and has no writable `/tmp`, while `uv --no-cache --offline` still requires `/tmp`. Rollback consumed clone authority FAILED and restored all four mutable predecessor bytes/modes/types/nlink plus active service, but left the partial successor: `make_writable()` follows `venv/bin/python` to the read-only root interpreter, producing `rollback_failures=created_remove:[Errno 30] Read-only file system`. Journal nevertheless says `ROLLED_BACK`. No full success was claimed. Standalone 66-stage/durable/signal/replay checks had completed concurrently before the chain blocker returned and are recorded as non-authoritative, not promoted to V6 PASS. Zero AF_INET connect calls/successes; only loopback IPv6 bind and failed AF_UNIX nscd connects.
