The approved plan and immutable v1.3.3 qualification receipt contain:

`75ab5ed563759fc6e5f22a6796ba1cf8b6aa109445b6947ae4644c73fb63d22`

That value is 63 hexadecimal characters, so it cannot be a SHA-256 digest.
The qualified source file is:

`tests/gateway/test_nutrition_coaching.py`

Direct read-only hashing of that file in the qualified detached source tree
produced:

`75ab5ed563759fc6e5f22a6796ba1cf8b6aa109445b6947ae464c4c73fb63d22`

The Telegram adapter hash independently matched the qualification receipt:

`8b6c7be44171a49f348d9b1a5d767d81d12e47945c805cd2a321ad675caa0c62`

Execution rule: preserve the approved plan and past qualification receipt
byte-for-byte, record their malformed value as provenance debt, and use the
actual 64-character regression-test file digest only for Todo 1 source
reconstruction and later v1.4 candidate verification. No past candidate,
receipt, or release claim is rewritten.
