# Task12 r8 independent qualification

**Status: REJECTED_NOT_QUALIFIED_INDEPENDENT_FINDING.**

The candidate profile wheel adds `checkin_cli/weekly_reminder_ledger_authority.py`, absent from the Task1 baseline, at 254 pure Python LOC. The sealed LOC receipt claims `new_module_over_250: 0`; the direct wheel scan observes one. The independent no-excuse scan also reports this module as `oversized-module`. This is a qualification-blocking false receipt.

The exact 165-execution affected nutrition/Telegram suite passed, and the final immutable-seal verifier passed. Those checks do not recompute the all-new-module LOC claim, so they do not clear this contradiction.
